**【production time】**
-The production time is 12-15 working days (excluding holidays).
-If the glass frame and pressed flower are out of stock, you need to place an order, wait 1-2 weeks for the arrival of goods before starting production.

**[Shipping method and freight]**
Our shop uses SF Express as the shipping method, and the freight is calculated by weight.

**【Cleaning / Maintenance / Warm Reminder】**
-The shape, texture, color depth and size of each flower material are different, and we are sorry that we cannot make a product that is exactly the same as the picture display. The thickness of the flowers varies. Some parts of the petals are pressed through during the pressing process, and some corners may also be folded. This is normal.
-The metal glass frame used in the product may have slight defects, such as unevenness and imperfect welding position.
-Do not wet the product, otherwise it may cause discoloration. It is recommended to clean the surface of the glass frame with a dry cloth.
-Do not place the product in a high temperature environment, high humidity environment and sunlight, otherwise it may cause discoloration.
-Please store the glass product carefully and avoid contact with hard objects, otherwise the product may be damaged.

**[Color difference / hand-made defects]**
-The uniqueness of the text: We write Western calligraphy, which cannot be compared with computer fonts. Even the same letters will write different forms. Please accept these slight differences; ordering our products means accepting ours Writing style, including the thickness and finish of the text.
-Manual measurement: All products are measured manually, and the error is within 1-2cm as the normal range.
-Photo chromatic aberration: All products in our store are taken in kind, but there may be slight chromatic aberration due to factors such as the camera, shooting brightness, and display; different batches of products may also have a slight chromatic aberration. The pictures of our products are for reference only, and everything in kind shall prevail.
