About the designer Dear friends, welcome to our design studio. There are a few things we'd like to discuss with you first, please bear with us as you read. Firstly, natural gemstones will inevitably have imperfections. We do our best to select beads with minimal inclusions, patterns, or mineral spots during production, but we cannot guarantee every single bead is 100% perfect. If you cannot accept this, we kindly ask you not to purchase. Secondly, each batch of gemstones has its own unique characteristics. Even the same type of crystal or gemstone can vary depending on the mine and the time of extraction, unless it is a dyed stone. Therefore, we can only "try our best" and cannot guarantee a bracelet that is "exactly identical" to the photos. We appreciate your understanding. Thirdly, for those who wish to purchase, it is best to allow two weeks for production and shipping. If you have a specific time constraint, please be sure to contact us. Fourthly, please measure your wrist accurately. Measurement method: Gently circle your wrist with a string behind the most prominent bone, without adding extra space. Second, each batch of ore has their own characteristics - even if the same kind of crystal and gemstones, it differs based on different mine locations and mining time. If the precise color of the bead is of a concern to you, we suggest that you pick beads made from colored ore. Third, please reserve two weeks for production and shipping time.
