Remade Obi Sash Smartphone Pouch "Hyakuju Pattern"

I remade a kimono obi sash that I had at home into a smartphone pouch. This pattern, which looks like characters, is called "Hyakuju Pattern," and it is said to represent the character "寿" (kotobuki, meaning longevity or congratulations) in various calligraphy styles. The base color is gold, and gold thread is used for the embroidery, making it very glamorous. I paired the pouch with a gold obijime for the strap. The gold threads are woven together, making even the cord luxurious. Since a whole obijime is used, both ends are finished with tassels. To enhance the gorgeousness of the obi, I chose a lustrous cream-colored satin fabric for the lining. Its smooth texture should make it easy to slide your smartphone in and out. I made it in a size that fits a standard smartphone, but if you use a bulky phone case, it might not fit in the pouch. Please check the dimensions carefully before purchasing. After unraveling the obi, I have treated it with steam to remove most of the odor. However, as it has been stored in a wooden chest for years, a slight scent of mixed wood, camphor, and moth repellent may remain. *The obi used is not new, so slight fading, sun damage, minor stains, or creases that cannot be removed by ironing may be unavoidable. I use the cleanest parts possible with great care, but if you are concerned about the "remade" aspect, please refrain from purchasing to avoid any issues.
