Russian Punch Needle is a craft that requires time and practice. Each student progresses at their own pace. For those who cannot complete their piece within the class duration, the instructor will provide guidance for continuing the work at home. If you encounter any issues during the process, feel free to send a private message; the instructor is happy to answer your questions or arrange another time to connect.
## To maintain teaching quality, instructors need to prepare materials in advance. If you wish to cancel a class, please inform us at least four days before the class starts (including the day of notification). You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Cancellations made within three days (including the day of notification) will incur a material fee. You may also transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
For example: If a class is on August 16th, you can reschedule or get a full refund before August 11th (inclusive). After August 12th (inclusive), a material fee will be charged (shipping costs for materials will be extra).
# Companions are not permitted.
To ensure a quality learning environment, we cannot accommodate auditors or childcare accompaniment. Please do not bring companions.

## In case of unavoidable circumstances such as epidemics (please provide relevant proof and notify us via message for discussion on postponement and refund procedures) or natural disasters, a class postponement may be granted once, with the rescheduled date needing to be arranged at least one day before the original class start. Once a new date is confirmed, if the rescheduled class is missed due to reasons other than natural disasters, or if you wish to cancel or postpone again due to personal reasons, no refund or further rescheduling will be possible. Failure to reschedule within the specified timeframe will be considered forfeiture of your booking, and the fee will not be refunded, without further notice.
## In response to the epidemic, masks must be worn throughout the class.
## Photos and videos will be taken during the experience activity and uploaded to social media afterward. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event documentation or other recruitment publicity purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the event venue. Thank you.
