Please inquire via our official Line account before placing an order. § Please confirm that the dimensions meet your requirements before purchasing. We do not offer cash-on-delivery service. § Customized products are not subject to the seven-day hesitation period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Please be aware of this. Delivery Service Information § We provide professional delivery and in-home placement services. § The product price does not include delivery fees or floor fees, which should be paid directly to the delivery personnel. § A service fee of $200 applies for designated holiday deliveries, and $700 for designated date deliveries. These fees are to be paid directly to the delivery personnel on-site. § In the event of delivery being impossible due to force majeure factors such as adverse weather, terrain, or remote area restrictions, the company reserves the right to determine whether to proceed with the shipment. We appreciate your understanding. § Delivery is by appointment. Once a schedule is confirmed, please do not request last-minute changes. Any unapproved changes to the installation date after scheduling will incur a fee of $1000. If personnel have already departed, changing the installation time will incur a redelivery fee of $3000. We apologize for any inconvenience. Precautions § Slight delays may occur due to inclement weather or traffic variables during delivery.
