Weight must not exceed 5kg. ※ If the package dimensions or weight exceed the convenience store's regulations, it will be shipped via courier. ★ Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there is a defect in the product, only an exchange for the same customized item will be offered; no refunds will be provided. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or "personal aesthetic judgment." ★ Due to variations in color settings across different computer, mobile, and tablet screens, the printed color may differ from what you see on your display. Please refrain from ordering if exact color matching is crucial. ★ The following conditions do not constitute product defects: (1) Damaged outer packaging (due to logistics). (2) Minor loose threads, snags, stray threads, or double stitching. (3) As all items are handmade, slight variations in threads are normal. Double stitching that does not affect functionality is also considered normal. These instances are not considered defects. (4) Color fading after washing. (5) Color differences, color casts, or discrepancies between the finished product and your expectations. (6) Imperfect stitching or craftsmanship. (7) Misalignment or imperfections in pattern matching at the seams of different fabric pieces. (8) For pottery/ceramics: bubbles <1mm; bumps <1mm; stains/dye splatters <2mm; cracks <2mm; color overflow <2x5mm. (9) Dimensions and prints: For dimensions under 100cm, an error of <3%; for dimensions over 100cm, an error of <5%. Due to the extensive manual processes involved in production, customers who are highly concerned about precise dimensions/colors should consider carefully before ordering. ★ By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in the shopping process. Unless the product has a significant undisclosed defect, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Defects caused by human factors will be assessed by the company to distinguish between intentional damage or issues with the product itself. T-shirts and fabric items that have been washed, worn, or used are not eligible for defect returns or exchanges. ★ Before placing your order, please ensure you have selected the correct images and dimensions. Size-related issues cannot be a reason for return or exchange of customized products. If the product has a defect, please inspect it carefully within 3 days of receipt, take photos of the defect, and send them via chat to customer service. Returns or exchanges will only be processed after confirmation and communication. Any returns sent without prior contact with our company will be refused.
