However, due to variations in bone density and constitution, the amount of ashes from each pet will differ. • Ashes + some bones / complete skeletal remains: There is currently limited data to accurately estimate the size and length of skeletal remains. Additionally, Moonset House jars have limited capacity. It is recommended to confirm the actual volume and dimensions after the pet's passing before deciding on the jar size. Q2: What if I'm unsure about the amount of ashes? The safest approach is to first ask your funeral service provider if they can provide a temporary paper container. After cremation or aquamation, confirm the weight of the ashes or the dimensions of the skeletal remains, then choose a size, and transfer them once you receive the jar. (**Special Reminder: For pets weighing over 20 kg, if they are slender, the amount of ashes might be more than expected. In about 10% of cases, slender pets result in "light weight, heavy ashes." In such situations, it is recommended to choose a larger size jar for peace of mind.**) Q3: What if I find that the ashes or bones don't fit after receiving the jar? • Reason 1: Sometimes, due to the pet being slender, the proportion of bones is heavier, leading to a fit issue. • Reason 2: The moisture-proof bag or desiccant takes up space. You can remove the bag or desiccant, seal the jar, and store it in a dry place. • You can also have some of the ashes made into other jewelry or keepsakes. (**Due to hygiene and customization considerations, returns and exchanges are not possible after purchase. We kindly ask parents to evaluate carefully beforehand.**) Q4: Is there any data for reference? Dark areas will be darker, and bright areas will be brighter. 2. Colors will be slightly grayer. 3. Resolution and sharpness will be reduced. 'Perfectionists, please reconsider.' ▋ Photo Samples: 1. Notify the designer whether you want a "vertical" or "horizontal" orientation. 2. Please crop the photo yourself and adjust the size of the pet within the frame. 3.
