▸About & Notes
♥ All leather is hand-cut, sewn, and polished. Made with Italian cowhide leather.
♥ HATO uses genuine leather. Due to various factors, cowhide may develop wrinkles or textures. Therefore, returns will not be accepted for minor scratches or variations in shading on the leather.
♥ Avoid using alcohol to clean leather goods. If cleaning is necessary, use a dry cloth.
♥ If the leather gets wet, avoid using a hairdryer on hot settings or drying it in direct sunlight.
♥ Products will be stamped with the HATO LOGO for identification.

Custom Copper Mold Service
After selecting your font from Dafont, tell us the text you want engraved and your chosen font.
You can choose to have the copper mold returned to you or stored at HATO (the mold can be reused in the future at no extra charge).
Laser Engraving Service
After selecting your font from Dafont, enter the text you want to laser engrave on the webpage and send us a screenshot.
(We will laser engrave based on your screenshot. HATO will not be responsible for typos or any remakes.)
▸Shipping Method
After placing an order, production takes 18-21 business days (excluding holidays/Saturdays/Sundays). Upon completion, orders will be shipped via SF Express (cash on delivery) to the customer ( ͡ʘ ͜ʖ ͡ʘ).
