2. If you cancel the order 3 days before the class, you can get a full refund after deducting the handling fee.
Example: Classes on 11/4, need to cancel before 11/1, full refund

3. The flowers and utensils of the course need to be prepared in advance, so if you cancel within 3 days of the course start date, there will be no refund. There are two options:
a. Inform in advance to change the class date, or choose another course.
b. Help the students to complete the work and send it to the students.
4. Due to weather and force majeure factors, the class suspension standard can be changed to the date of class.
5. To maintain the quality of the class, the course site is limited to the applicants themselves.
6. If there is a shortage of flower materials, similar flowers of the same grade will be used as substitutes
