Colors may vary across different computer screens, so please do not use your screen as a reference for envelope or artwork colors. If you have strict color requirements, please do not place an order. * Design and illustration revisions are limited to two times. * Due to paper characteristics and production factors, slight unevenness on the envelope surface and indentations are normal for certain specific paper types. * Hot stamping on envelopes and cards is done with traditional manual alignment, which may result in a reasonable positional error of 3-5mm. If you have specific requirements for your own files, please indicate the dimensions. If dimensions are not marked, this error cannot be used as a reason for return or exchange. * Finished sizes of paper products such as envelopes and cards may have a reasonable dimensional error of 3-5mm due to manual cutting. Please be aware of this. * Design work will commence upon receipt of payment. The completion time for illustrations depends on the illustrator's availability at the time of consultation. Design work for invitation cards and wedding stationery begins counting working days from the receipt of complete information (wedding banquet details, completed illustration based on photos).
