National Museum of History Business Card Holder - Lotus 2

The National Museum of History spares no effort in reusing old building materials. Wooden handrails removed during the renovation process were given new life and, on the occasion of the museum’s 70th anniversary, transformed into business card holders. The design reflects the museum’s architectural façade and its surrounding lotus pond, paired with Sanyu’s painting Lotus from the collection, creating a dialogue between artwork and scenery. Serving both as a practical card holder and as a decorative piece for the desk, the work combines history, art, and nature in a unique form, embodying the beauty and tranquility shaped by the passage of time.
