Designs must be confirmed at least 7 days before the class. For last-minute registrations, please complete the process by the day before the course to ensure sufficient class time. *To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. The classroom opens 5 minutes before the course begins; please do not arrive too early to avoid waiting. *If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may also choose to: 1. Extend the session 2. Reschedule for another day 3. Take the unfinished work home. The fee for extending the session or rescheduling is $300/hour (less than 1 hour is charged as 1 hour). *As the creation process requires physical exertion, please have your meal before attending and try not to schedule tight plans afterward. *No food is allowed in the classroom, but beverages are permitted. *The course will be filmed for use as marketing material on the brand's website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform the staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio using images and footage of your likeness and work. *The classroom operates by appointment only. Course bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled on the day of the class. The following circumstances allow for one reschedule or transfer of booking, valid within two months: 1. Weather conditions: Government announces suspension of work and classes in the relevant area. 2. Emergencies: Such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4.
