**【Important Notes】** * Due to the nature of the machinery, only individuals aged 10 and above are permitted to register. The course is for single-person operation only. (Participants aged 10-15 require one parent to accompany and assist throughout the session. Entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the class begins. Upload your design for review. The design file must be confirmed at least 5 days before the class. * For last-minute registrations, please send your design file by 3 PM the day before the class at the latest. The design will be reviewed by 5 PM, allowing the instructor to assist with drawing and ensuring the class duration is not affected. * To maintain teaching quality, only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring companions, pets, or young children without prior notification. * The studio opens 5 minutes before the class starts. Please avoid arriving too early to prevent waiting. * If you exceed the scheduled time, a 30-minute grace period will be provided. You may also choose to: 1. Extend the session, 2. Reschedule, or 3. Take the semi-finished product home. The fee for extending the session or rescheduling is $300 per hour (any part of an hour is counted as a full hour). * As the creation process requires physical effort, please have a meal before attending. It is also recommended not to schedule tight appointments immediately after the class. * No food or drinks are allowed in the studio, but you may bring beverages and small snacks. Snacks are also provided in the studio for participants to refuel. * The class may be filmed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you do not wish to be filmed, please inform our staff on-site to avoid being captured. By not informing us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and pictures featuring your likeness and work. * The studio operates by appointment only. Course bookings are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled on the day of the class. Rescheduling or transferring the booking is allowed once within two months under the following circumstances: 1. Weather conditions: Government agencies announce suspension of work and classes in the relevant area. 2. Unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages or equipment malfunctions that prevent the class from proceeding. 3. Lateness. 4. Special circumstances: Discussable situations like illness or traffic accidents. **【Disclaimer】** * The machinery is not dangerous when operated according to guidelines. Therefore, it is essential for all students to adhere strictly to the operating rules. Dottie Studio shall not be held responsible for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with the guidelines. * In case of equipment malfunction or abnormality, stop operation immediately and notify staff. Do not attempt to handle it yourself. Any damage to equipment caused by non-compliance with operating instructions will require compensation at the full price. * By registering, you agree to the above terms and regulations.
