Use a soft measuring tape or a piece of string to wrap around your wrist. Measure snugly but comfortably, ensuring it’s not too tight or too loose. Choose the closest whole number measurement for your wrist size. We will craft the bracelet to this size for a comfortable fit that allows for slight movement. 2️⃣ If your wrist measurement has a decimal, for example 14.5cm, you can choose either 14cm or 15cm. A 14cm bracelet will be more fitted yet still allow rotation, while a 15cm bracelet will offer a looser, more relaxed feel. 3️⃣ Should an adjustment be needed due to measurement discrepancies, please note the following: Within 7 Days: Upon receiving the bracelet, please notify us and send it back for adjustment within 7 days. This service is complimentary. Between 7 and 14 Days: If you request an adjustment after 7 days but before 14 days of receiving the bracelet, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Over 14 Days: Adjustments can be made through the re-stringing service offered via the warranty card, or for a fee of NT$100, you can opt for a paid re-stringing and adjustment service.
