Necklace with an Old Tuareg Silver Top, Jet Black Antique Tibetan Turquoise, Jet Black Beads, Golden Red Whiteheart Beads, and Blue Beads

This necklace is crafted by linking an old Tuareg silver top with jet black antique Tibetan turquoise, jet black beads, golden red whiteheart beads, and blue beads. The top piece is a silver bead from the Tuareg people, a nomadic tribe of the Sahara Desert in Africa. Its well-used patina is utterly captivating! These beads are from the early 1990s. Delicate and beautiful patterns are meticulously engraved on its surface. (Top dimensions: 3cm length x 3cm width) The cube-shaped beads below the top, as well as the slightly curved beads interspersed among the jet black beads, are also Tuareg beads. The old Tibetan turquoise beads are approximately 100 to 200 years old (possibly even older). They were acquired from someone who sourced them in Tibet. Turquoise is also referred to as a "Fallen Skystone." Since ancient times, it has been revered across various cultures as a talisman and a sacred stone. In Tibet, it has been used as an amulet and occasionally as medicine. It is one of the stones that has been passed down and worn for thousands of years. A tubular silver bead is visible through the exposed portion. The jet black beads are antique beads from Venice (19th-20th century). Each bead varies slightly in shape and size, lending them a unique character. These beads have a slightly matte texture, contributing to their distinctive charm. The red beads are antique beads known as Whitehearts. They are named for the white core visible at their center. These are Venetian beads from around the 19th-20th century. Specifically, these are golden red Whitehearts, colored with gold, making them a rare find. The larger single bead measures 6mm in diameter, a rare size. The blue and indigo blue beads are Indo-Pacific beads. These are antique beads categorized as Indo-Pacific beads. The origin of Indo-Pacific beads is said to date back to the 2nd century BC. These particular beads are archaeological finds from Indonesia, dating back an incredible 1000 years or more! The tiny silver beads between the other beads, the small beads connecting to the top piece, and the clasp are all Karen silver. The triangular beads are adorned with floral patterns and eye motifs.
