If your preferred color palette isn't listed, please message us to discuss. 🌹 **Card Size:** Approximately 9x15 cm when folded. 🌹 **Packaging:** Kraft paper box with tissue paper and a satin ribbon. An optional upgrade is available to a Kraft paper box with a window and fairy lights (highly recommended by the owner!!). 🌹 **Customization:** You can message us to choose the card, ribbon, and wax seal style. Please message us to learn more~ **|Shopping Notice|** 🌹 **Creation Process:** Each card is personally designed by our artisan. **Every card is unique; the floral arrangement and ribbon details will vary.** If you have a **specific design in mind**, please **inform the designer** when ordering. Otherwise, the card will be crafted according to the designer's artistic vision. 🌹 **Care:** To preserve the flowers for 2-3 years, keep them in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight (ideal temperature 18-22°C), and protected from humidity (30-50%). 🌹 **Color Variation:** All Bunnystail products are photographed in real life. However, monitor differences may result in slight color variations. 🌹 **Floral Materials:** Made with natural dried and preserved flowers. Each batch may have slight variations in size and color. Minor imperfections, such as slightly damaged petals, are normal. If a specific flower is out of stock, we will make a slight adjustment to the arrangement while maintaining the overall color theme. 🌹 **Shedding Flowers:** Bunnystail takes great care in securing the flowers. However, due to the delicate nature of dried flowers and potential vibrations during transit, a small amount of shedding may occur. 🌹 **Returns:** As dried flowers are consumable items and custom-made products are legally non-returnable, we cannot accept returns based on dislike, color preferences, or size after purchase. However, convenience store logistics can be rough on packages, so this option is less recommended... 🚚 **Home Delivery:** Usually ships in the afternoon and arrives the next day. Please note that delivery companies do not operate on weekends, so this timeframe doesn't apply to weekend deliveries. 🚚 **Special Delivery within Taipei/New Taipei City:** If your address is within Taipei or New Taipei City, you can message us to arrange for special delivery.
