Before shipping, they undergo shaking and stability tests. During packaging, bubble wrap and cotton are used as cushioning materials. However, it cannot be guaranteed that the letters will not detach if the product is impacted during transit. If the letters are detached upon arrival, please reattach them yourself using super glue. If you are concerned about impact and prefer to attach the letters yourself, you can also note this when placing your order, and the designer will not pre-attach them.
