All candles are crafted with natural soy wax and imported fragrance oils. The fragrance oils are IFRA certified, making them safe for pregnant women, young children, and pets. · Production begins after your order is placed. Shipping will take 4-10 business days, processed in the order received. · As each candle is hand-colored, slight variations may occur. (Colors may also appear differently on various phone screens.) · Our candles are made with natural and eco-friendly waxes. Surface frosting, slight color variations, minor air bubbles, and uneven surfaces are normal characteristics and not defects. Please consider this if you are a perfectionist. · Orders totaling less than $150 (excluding shipping) will not be processed. · If you require separate packaging for multiple items, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, all items will be packaged together. · When burning a candle without a container, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch the melted wax. · For products featuring cream, color bleeding may occur, which is a normal phenomenon. · Candles are fragile items. Please handle them with care upon unboxing and record a video as proof.
