Avoid touching with wet hands regularly. **Shipping Schedule** - Orders confirmed by Friday of the current week will be shipped the following Wednesday. Shipments will be postponed for public holidays. - Rush orders incur a 15% production fee and require direct contact. - For standard postal delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive the package during the day. If unsure, please select an alternative shipping method. **Return & Exchange Policy** - All items are **custom-made** and non-returnable. For exchanges, please contact us directly. - As natural solid wood, variations in grain and color are inherent due to differences in growth environment and material sourcing. This is a natural phenomenon, not a defect, making each product unique. If these details are a concern, please inquire before ordering. Returns will not be accepted based on color variations. - To experience the product's texture firsthand, you may visit our Taichung showroom or authorized dealers and display stores. - Natural solid wood undergoes color changes with exposure to air and light. International orders (including those via international forwarding centers) are not eligible for returns. Returns will not be accepted for variations within this tolerance. **Reminders and Services Regarding Solid Wood Color Variation and Sample Confirmation** As solid wood is a natural material, each batch may exhibit color differences due to natural grain patterns and growing conditions. We understand the importance of material consistency, especially for interior designers. Therefore, we are now offering the following services: 1. Solid Wood Veneer Sample Mailing If you have specific color requirements, you can send us a photo for an initial assessment. If deemed feasible, please mail us a solid wood veneer sample (size limit: 20cm x 20cm). Upon receipt, we will select wood pieces with colors closely matching your sample and send you photos for confirmation. (Shipping costs for this service are to be borne by the customer.) 2. Production Confirmation Process Once confirmed, we will proceed with production. The solid wood sample and the final product will be shipped back together. 3. Return/Exchange Policy for Color Differences If you choose not to utilize this service, color variations resulting from the natural properties of the material will no longer be grounds for return or exchange.
