**▶ A Little Reminder**
1. Since paint can be difficult to remove from clothing, the studio provides aprons. However, to protect your clothes, please avoid wearing garments with wide sleeves or those that are particularly precious. Please refrain from being a fluttering butterfly.
2. No food or drinks are allowed indoors during the pandemic prevention period.
3. The studio currently operates with small class sizes to avoid gatherings. Please continue to wear a mask indoors during this period.
⚠ In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Otto2 Art Studio adheres to the regulations set by the Central Epidemic Command Center regarding indoor capacity limits. We disinfect indoor items and furniture before and after each class, and we inform our customers about these measures.

⚠ If the pandemic situation changes or escalates to Level 3, customers who have placed an order may choose to attend the class as scheduled or postpone it. We will arrange a new date for postponed classes, prioritizing safety amidst the pandemic. Full refunds are available for classes affected by Level 3 restrictions, so please do not worry.

**▶ Registration Process and Rules**
1. Please complete your order according to the process, selecting the number of participants and time slot.
2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons or natural disasters that prevent the class from being held, the government's announcements will be followed. The standards for class operation and refunds will be based on the announcements for the event's location. Students will be notified of any cancellation or rescheduling at least one day prior to the class, and alternative make-up class times will be provided.
3. It is recommended that children under 12 years of age be accompanied by one parent to complete the course. Only ticket holders may participate; those without tickets are not permitted to accompany or join.
4. Entry will be permitted 10 minutes before the event. To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please do not be late. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and will not be eligible for a refund.
5. The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on our official social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
**▶ Refund Policy** (A service fee of NT$50 will be charged for all refund transactions)
1. Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the class date (excluding the day itself) will receive a 100% refund of the activity fee.
2. Cancellations notified between the 7th day and the 4th day before the class date (excluding the day itself) will receive a 50% refund of the activity fee.
3. Cancellations notified within 3 days before the class date (excluding the day itself) will not be eligible for any refund of the activity fee.
**▶ Please Ensure the Following When Visiting the Studio**
1. Complete the SMS real-name registration.
2. Upon entering, please cooperate with temperature screening. Individuals with a temperature exceeding 37.5°C will not be permitted entry and should return home to rest.
3. Please wear a mask at all times when entering the classroom and maintain an appropriate distance from others.
4. Hand sanitizer and washing facilities are available for disinfection.
5. We are currently unable to serve individuals with a history of contact with confirmed cases, travel history, or symptoms suggestive of respiratory infection.
6. If the pandemic situation changes or escalates, customers who have placed an order may choose to attend the class as scheduled or postpone it. Full refunds are available for classes affected by Level 3 restrictions.
