We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing separately (do not soak). If machine washing, please place the garment in a laundry bag before washing. Allow to air dry naturally after washing. We advise washing dark and light colors separately, and do not use bleach. Wrinkles are a normal characteristic of natural linen after washing. Gently smooth the fabric after washing and allow it to air dry. Then, iron at a high temperature to restore its smoothness. About Comme forêt / We begin with a vision of naturally fresh style. Our process involves original design, pattern making, and prototyping with two home sewing machines, followed by revisions. Sometimes, we entrust the sewing to a skilled senior seamstress. Production is done in very small batches locally in Taipei, aiming to recapture the beauty of handmade garments. We design comfortable and elegant clothing, just as if we were making it for ourselves, family, or friends – creating pieces we ourselves would love to wear.
