If you require expedited service, please message us to discuss. • For any product inquiries, feel free to send us a message. • Preserved flowers (everlasting flowers), dried flowers, and sola wood flowers should all be kept away from moisture, direct sunlight, and rain. Avoid impact as well. As long as they are kept dry and out of direct sun, they can maintain their beauty for several years. • The Christmas tree itself does not require watering, but the air plants are live and need care. • Each natural floral element is unique, as are handmade items. While each piece will closely resemble the product page, no two will be exactly alike. In the event of material shortages, any substitutions will be made to align with the original design's style as closely as possible. • Photos are of the actual product, but screen colors may vary. The actual item is the standard. 《Follow Us》 Instagram | Miss Bloom Facebook | Miss Bloom
