We take the utmost care in packaging to ensure they arrive safely. However, minor collisions during transit cannot be entirely avoided. We recommend opting for home delivery to minimize the risk of damage. A few fallen petals or leaves, or minor imperfections, are considered normal. ● Table arrangements, potted flowers, and flower baskets will be shipped with a complimentary display-style transparent gift box. The base of the vase will be secured with fabric double-sided tape (removable without damaging the vase). Home delivery is recommended. !!! We sincerely advise against choosing 7-11 delivery !!!
