Our unique high-temperature pure titanium technology provides excellent antibacterial properties. During the high-temperature firing process, brown spots or burn marks may occur; some spots may only appear after washing. These are not rust, and their appearance does not affect safety or use. - This product is produced using safe methods, utilizing food-grade oil for lubrication during stamping without acid pickling. Because no plating or coatings are used, minor scratches, pores, or pinholes may appear on the surface; these are normal, unavoidable phenomena of safe manufacturing and are not defects. - The logo is created using high-temperature laser energy to induce a natural color change on the pure titanium surface; it is not a coating or print, making it safe, durable, and aesthetically pleasing. Supplementary Information: - Marks resulting from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with frequent use. - Pinholes and fine scratches are normal phenomena that cannot be completely avoided during the manufacturing process. - Water marks or stains remaining after washing are characteristic of pure titanium and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first wash, please use a standard neutral detergent several times. Alternatively, you can wipe the item multiple times with a paper towel dipped in cooking oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from production, then clean with a neutral detergent. We use cooking oil for stamping and do not acid pickle, so residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a non-toxic pure titanium safe manufacturing process; feel free to scrub with confidence. 2. If there is char or residue, use the stiffer side of a sponge or a soft steel scrubber to gently clean. 3. If the colored titanium surface is scrubbed away or the original color is revealed, rest assured that since it is not a coating, the pure titanium remains safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals. It is safe to scrub. 4. Do not soak in reducing acid-based cleaners like stain removers or hydrogen peroxide, or percarbonate-based cleaners, as these will strip the titanium of its color and luster, and this cannot be reversed. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. For items like lunch boxes, storage containers, or square pots, you may notice food stains, large purple-blue patches, or brown spots (not rust; pure titanium does not rust) after steaming, washing, or before heating. These are metal characteristics or changes from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear on their own over time with normal use. 2. Square-shaped items undergo more intense stress release, leading to more pronounced color changes and a higher likelihood of brown spots. 3. Exposure to temperatures above 250 degrees Celsius in an oven or over an open gas flame may cause a purple-blue color shift; the color will not disappear, but this does not affect safe use. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more susceptible to deformation when exposed to direct gas flames. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water stains, which is a metal characteristic. If this is a concern, dry immediately after washing to prevent water stains from affecting the appearance. 【Appliances】 Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer items are not suitable for heating. Dish dryer - Suitable: If oily residue like olive oil is not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying; this is dried oil and will not reappear once cleaned. Dishwasher - Suitable: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may cause water stains to remain, but this does not affect safety. Gas stove - Direct flame allowed: Do not heat empty; use low to medium heat. Electric pots, air fryers, black crystal stoves, ceramic stoves - Suitable Oven - Suitable: High-temperature color changes are a physical characteristic of titanium and remain safe to use. Microwave - Not suitable: Inefficient. Induction cooker - Not suitable: Virtually non-magnetic.
