Our unique high-temperature pure titanium technology offers excellent antibacterial properties. During the high-temperature firing process, brown spots or burn marks may appear. Some spots might only become visible after washing; these are not signs of rust and do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using a safe process, employing safe edible oil as lubricant during stamping, without acid washing. As there is no electroplating or coating, minor scratches, pores, or pinholes may be present on the surface. These are normal phenomena that cannot be completely avoided with our safe manufacturing process and are not considered defects. - The LOGO is created by the natural color change of the pure titanium surface using high-temperature laser energy; it is not a coating or print, making it safe and permanently beautiful. Additional Notes: - Traces from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with frequent use. - Pinholes and minor scratches are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided during the manufacturing process. - Water stains or marks remaining after washing are characteristic of titanium metal and are considered normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first wash, use a standard neutral detergent several times. You can also wipe the utensil a few times with a paper towel dipped in edible oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process. Afterwards, wash clean with a neutral detergent. Since edible oil is used for lubrication during stamping and no acid washing is performed, some residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is part of our safe, non-toxic pure titanium manufacturing process, so feel free to scrub it. 2. For burnt food or stubborn grime, gently scrub with the coarser side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the original color, rest assured that this is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals, and can be safely scrubbed. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, peroxide-based acids, or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as these can strip away the titanium's color and luster, which cannot be restored. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and has difficulty releasing stress. For items like bento boxes, food containers, or pots, initial steaming or cooking, or food stains appearing after washing, or large purplish-blue patches, or brown patches appearing after washing without heating (this is not rust; pure titanium does not rust) are all inherent metal properties or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. These do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear gradually with normal use over time. 2. Square-shaped utensils, due to even greater difficulty in stress release, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to developing brown patches. 3. In ovens above 250°C or direct flame from a gas stove, purplish-blue changes may occur. These colors will not disappear but do not affect safe use. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Titanium easily retains watermarks due to its metallic properties. If this is a concern, dry the utensil immediately after washing to prevent water spots from affecting its appearance. 【Various Appliances】 **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dish Dryer - Suitable: If oils like olive oil are not completely washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying. This is dried oil residue and will not reappear after cleaning. Dishwasher - Suitable: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave more water stains after washing, but this does not affect safety.
