Our proprietary high-temperature pure titanium technology provides excellent antibacterial efficacy. During this process, brown spots or burn marks may occur; some spots may appear only after cleaning. These are not rust and do not affect safety or use. - This product is produced using safe manufacturing processes, utilizing food-grade oil as a lubricant for stamping, without acid pickling. Because no plating or coatings are used, subtle scratches, pits, or sand holes may appear on the surface. These are normal phenomena unavoidable under safe production methods and are not defects. - The LOGO is created by using high-temperature laser energy to induce natural color changes on the surface of the titanium. It is not a coating or a print, making it safe, durable, and aesthetic. Supplementary Information: - Marks from high-temperature firing will gradually fade or disappear with frequent use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided during production. - Residual water marks or spots after cleaning are inherent characteristics of pure titanium and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first wash, please use a neutral detergent and wash several times. You may also wipe it thoroughly with a paper towel dipped in edible oil to easily remove any residual grey titanium powder from the manufacturing process, then wash with neutral detergent. Since edible oil is used in stamping and no acid pickling is performed, some residual grey titanium powder is unavoidable. This is a non-toxic, pure titanium safe manufacturing process; you may wash it with peace of mind. 2. If there are burn marks or stubborn residue, use the coarser side of a sponge or a soft steel scrubber to gently scrub. 3. If any colored finish is scrubbed off to reveal the original titanium color, please note that because there is no coating, pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals. You can continue to use the tableware safely. 4. Do not soak in reducing acids such as stain remover powder or hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as these will remove the color and luster of the titanium, which cannot be restored. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and stress release. If food stains or large violet-blue patches appear after steaming or cooking, or if brown spots appear after cleaning without heating, please note that this is an inherent characteristic of the metal (pure titanium does not rust) or a result of our pre-firing process. This does not affect safe use, and these marks will fade or disappear over time with normal use. 2. Rectangular tableware is more prone to stress, leading to more dramatic color changes and a higher likelihood of brown spots. 3. Exposure to temperatures above 250 degrees in an oven or direct flame from a gas stove may cause a violet-blue color change. This color will not disappear but does not affect safe use. 4. Larger flat shapes are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water spots, which is an inherent characteristic of the metal. If this bothers you, please wipe the tableware dry immediately after washing to avoid water spots affecting the appearance. 【Appliances】 Single-layer titanium tableware is suitable for heating; double-layer is not. Dish dryer - Suitable: If oily residue like olive oil is not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear during drying; this is dried oil and will not reappear once cleaned properly. Dishwasher - Suitable: Some detergents containing sodium percarbonate may leave water spots after washing, but this does not affect safety. Gas stove - Direct flame is permitted: Do not heat empty; use low-to-medium heat. Electric rice cooker, air fryer, ceramic cooktop, electric stove - Suitable. Oven - Suitable: Color changes due to high temperature are physical characteristics of titanium and the item remains safe to use. Microwave - Not suitable: Inefficient. Induction cooktop - Not suitable: Virtually non-magnetic.
