Our unique high-temperature pure titanium technology offers excellent antibacterial properties. During the high-temperature firing process, brown spots or burn marks may appear, and some spots might only become visible after washing. These are not signs of rust and do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using a safe process, employing safe edible oils as lubricant during stamping, and does not undergo acid washing. As there are no electroplating or coatings used, minor scratches, holes, or pinholes may be present on the surface. These are normal occurrences that cannot be entirely avoided with this safe manufacturing method and are not considered defects. - The LOGO is created by using high-temperature laser energy to naturally change the color of the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring safety and lasting beauty. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing often fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinholes and minor scratches are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and cannot be completely avoided. - Watermarks or water stains remaining after washing are a natural characteristic of pure titanium metal and are considered normal. 【Washing and Characteristics】 1. For the first wash, please use a regular neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also use a paper towel dipped in edible oil to wipe the surface a few times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the processing. Afterward, wash with a neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for stamping and no acid washing is performed, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is part of our non-toxic, safe pure titanium manufacturing process, so feel free to scrub. 2. For burnt-on residue or stubborn stains, you can gently scrub with the firmer side of a sponge or a soft steel wool. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the natural color, rest assured it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals, so you can scrub it with confidence. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide-based acidic solutions, or sodium percarbonate detergents, as these can strip the color and luster of the titanium, and it cannot be restored. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium's sensitivity to temperature and difficulty in stress release can cause food imprints or large purple-blue patches to appear on items like bento boxes, food containers, and pots during initial steaming or after washing. Brown patches may also appear without heating (these are not rust; pure titanium does not rust). These are inherent metal properties or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear on their own with regular use over time. 2. Square utensils, due to even greater difficulty in stress release, may exhibit more pronounced color changes and are more prone to brown patches. 3. Exposure to ovens above 250°C or direct flame on a gas stove may cause purple-blue coloration. This color will not disappear but does not affect safe use. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Pure titanium easily retains water stains, which is a characteristic of the metal. If this bothers you, please dry the utensil immediately after washing to prevent water spots from affecting its appearance. 【Various Appliances】 **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dish dryer - Applicable: If residual oil, like olive oil, is not completely washed off, blue-purple powder may appear when drying. This is dried oil and will disappear after cleaning. Dishwasher - Applicable: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water stains after washing, but this does not affect safety. Gas stove - Direct flame is possible: However, avoid dry heating; use low to medium heat only. Electric cooker, air fryer, vitroceramic cooktop, induction cooker - Applicable Oven - Applicable: If high temperatures cause color changes, this is a physical property of titanium metal and remains safe to use. **Microwave oven - Not applicable: Inefficient.** **Induction cooktop - Not applicable: Almost non-magnetic.**
