A: Approximately 1-2 weeks. We usually complete orders ahead of schedule and will ship them out as soon as possible once ready. Q2: What quantity of fur and size of bone do you need? A: About a 10-NT dollar coin-sized amount of fur is sufficient. We recommend a little more for lighter-colored fur (any excess will be returned, so rest assured). For bones, a size of about 3-4 cm and 1-2 pieces are enough. We will arrange the design and confirm with you before proceeding with production. Q3: Engraving text/designs/gold foil? A: There is no limit to the number of characters for engraving, but more characters will result in smaller text. We recommend just the name and date! Custom designs (hearts, paw prints, etc.) are complimentary (limited to 2 revisions) and will be arranged and confirmed with you before engraving. Gold foil is included at no extra charge and will be added to the fur and bone, with a small amount around the edges (position cannot be specified). Q4: How to ship/receive/pay? A: Please package your items securely in a red envelope and ship them to us via 7-11 store-to-store delivery. Once completed, we will ship it back using 7-11's "Mai Huo Bian" service (shipping fee +38 NTD) with cash on delivery. Local pickup is available in Taichung (7-11 Yasheng Store) or during our Taichung market stall hours. If the item is not sent in a red envelope upon receipt, a 200 NTD fee will apply. Production Pre-Statement 1. During the production process, small air bubbles and fur debris are unavoidable. 2. Some wood materials are natural; variations in wood grain, wormholes, tree rings, etc., are also unavoidable. The final product received will be the definitive version!
