SUP in Chinese is a stand-up paddle board, and in English it is STAND UP PADDLE BOARD, or SUP for short. People stand on a professional paddle board and use one or both hands to paddle using the muscles of the whole body, while maintaining balance. Each person is provided with a SUP board (including foot rope), SUP paddle, a life jacket, and personal insurance.

【Important information】
**Reminder: This activity does not take place around the Bitan Suspension Bridge, which is about 10 minutes further upstream in the Qingtan waters. If you want to enjoy the scenery at the Bitan Suspension Bridge, it is recommended to participate in other activities instead.

【common problem】
Clothing: swimsuit inside, light clothing (non-absorbent clothing) outside, no jeans. Please bring your own change of clothes.
There is no washing on site. The coach will provide changing tents for you to change clothes. There are also public toilets nearby.
Whether pets can participate: please contact the coach to confirm.
Whether the activity will be canceled if it rains: The coach will consider the weather conditions and give students’ safety as the first priority. On rainy days, there will be light wind and no thunder, and the activity will be held as usual.
Whether the typhoon event is postponed: If the typhoon event is postponed, the location or time can be adjusted or a refund will be made after deducting administrative fees. The extension must be used within one year.

1. This activity is covered by insurance. Please follow the coach’s instructions during the experience. If you do not follow the coach’s instructions to avoid accidents, we have the right to immediately suspend the activity without refunding for the safety of both parties.
2. The activity is for people aged 6 to 60 and healthy. If you have asthma or other diseases, please do not participate.
3. Please arrive and register 30 minutes before the activity starts.
4. If the weather is bad on the day of participation, we have the right to cancel for safety reasons. You can choose to postpone (limited to the current year) or get a refund (an insurance administrative fee of 100 yuan shall be deducted)
5. If the weather changes during the activity, we will terminate the activity and allow you to make up the hours next time.
**If you want to cancel or reschedule after finalizing the date and paying the fee, please contact customer service 7 days before the event. The rescheduling can be done once for free and will be used up in the current year. No cancellations or rescheduling will be accepted within seven days before the event date, and no refunds will be given. If you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, please transfer your spot by yourself. Due to the insurance involved, please notify us of participant information 24 hours before the event if you want to transfer your place.**
