Failure to pay within 3 days will result in cancellation of your registration. ▼ After payment is completed, a [Pre-Event Notice] will be sent to your email 3 days before the event. ▼ If you do not receive a [Payment Notification] or [Pre-Event Notice], please visit the official website, scroll to the bottom right, and contact us via official LINE. ▼ If you are unable to attend on the event day, please notify us by phone. No-shows will be blacklisted. ▼ Please provide truthful personal information during registration. You will be held responsible for any falsification of information. Safety and Security Measures ● Upon check-in at the event, your ID will be verified. If you do not bring your ID, are found to be not yourself, or are not single, your participation will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. (Strict identity verification) ● Before the event, male participants' work permits or proof of employment will be checked to confirm eligibility. (Strict identity verification) ● You may use a nickname during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous participation) ● During registration, you can specify in the remarks section anyone you would prefer not to meet (e.g., colleagues), and we will assist in avoiding them being in the same event. ● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy. Other Important Information I. Cancellation Policy: ▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid. ▼ Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. ▼ Cancellations notified within 3 days before the event or on the day of the event are not accepted, and no refund will be issued. ▼ If you choose to withdraw from the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued. ▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you regarding postponement or refunds. ▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued. II. Changing Dates or Other Events: ▼ Changes to dates or other events can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). However, only one change is permitted. ▼ If there is a price difference after changing dates or events, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly. ▼ Once a date or event has been changed, cancellations will not be accepted. ▼ Changes to dates or events are not accepted within 3 days before the event or on the day of the event. III. Electronic invoices will be emailed after the event. You will be notified separately if you win a prize. If you require a three-part invoice, please specify this in the remarks section during registration.
