・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new workshop time.
・Rescheduling is limited to sessions within "2 months." If you cannot find a suitable time, please opt for a refund.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・As instructors prepare materials and venues in advance, refunds and postponements are not accepted on the "day of the workshop." Failure to attend will be considered a forfeiture of the session.
・In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or official announcements of work or school closures, we will proactively notify all participants for that session regarding rescheduling, class transfer, or full refund arrangements.
・To ensure the comfort of all participants, those who arrive "15 minutes past the scheduled start time" will be considered to have forfeited their session, with no refund or rescheduling options available.
・To respect the time of other participants, please arrive promptly for your session.
・A pre-workshop notification will be sent 2-3 days prior. Please ensure your email and contact information are accurate to avoid missing the notification. If you do not receive the notice, it may be due to email filtering; please proceed to the venue as scheduled, as we will not provide additional phone notifications.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate in the workshop. Companions are not allowed to enter or join the session to ensure the rights of other participants.
・If the minimum number of participants (6) is not met three days prior to the scheduled session, Chuan Chuan Handmade reserves the right to cancel the workshop and will notify participants to reschedule or receive a full refund.
・To ensure the smooth flow of the workshop, please refrain from eating during the session.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・The organizer may conduct photography and videography during the workshop, which will be uploaded to Chuan Chuan Handmade's social media after the session. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event documentation or future promotional purposes.
・If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform us during the workshop, and we will take special care to accommodate your request.
