- Product Appreciation Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you have a 7-day appreciation period starting from the day after the product arrives at your location (7 days, including weekends).

- Return & Exchange Policy
Items eligible for return or exchange must meet one of the following conditions, and the original packaging and its contents must be retained:
** Damage or malfunction not caused by human factors.
** The received item does not match the original order.
- The following situations require a service fee for "exchange":
If upon receiving the jewelry, you find that the "size specifications are not suitable" or the "style does not meet expectations," a modification and processing service fee starting from "NTD$150" will be charged for each exchange. The fee may increase depending on the number of items to be modified, complexity, and time required for the modification.
- Within 7 days from the day after the pickup date of each order, "round-trip shipping fees" for exchanges are free for one instance; for exchanges requested after 7 days, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
- Within 7 days from the day after the pickup date of each order, the "return shipping fee" for a single item within a return order is free for one instance; for subsequent returns of other items from the same order within 7 days, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer; returns will not be accepted after 7 days.
- Refund Explanation for Returns:
** For a single item return, the refund will be the item's retail price - any discounts applied to that item + the shipping fee for the customer to return the item (the customer must provide the logistics invoice or receipt with the fee indicated at the time of shipping for refund verification).

If you apply for a return or refund due to personal reasons, and subsequently reorder the same item, you will not be eligible for another return or refund for that item.
