Our material kits and finished products are made from high-quality top-grain cowhide, specifically a plain-grain top-grain in this item. If you wish to customize the leather, we can show you available options online. Please let us know your preferred leather type and color, and we will send photos for your confirmation before cutting. 2 Waxed Thread: The waxed thread included in our material kits and finished products is from a reputable brand (authorized) known for its vibrant colors, excellent wax coating, and durability. The default color will be as pictured. If you prefer a different color, please specify it in your order notes. 3 Edge Finishing: The edge finishing for handmade leather goods, such as leveling, burnishing, and polishing, is typically done after the item is assembled. Therefore, the edges of the pre-cut leather pieces will not be pre-finished (our cut edges are already smooth and neat, so additional finishing might not be necessary). The polishing kit includes a liquid. Due to shipping regulations and requirements, we do not recommend purchasing this liquid outside of mainland China; you can easily find it locally. 4 Engraving Details: We use brass molds for engraving, not computer laser engraving. Therefore, our brass molds have a specific size, and 12 characters (including numbers and symbols) represent the maximum limit. We appreciate your understanding. 5 Color Customization: We accept custom DIY color choices and color-blocking. Please communicate your preferences online, through annotated images, or by sending photos. Important Notes:** 1 Due to the nature of online shopping, colors in images may vary slightly. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy. 2 Top-grain cowhide has limited water and stain resistance. Avoid contact with any liquids during use and production, especially volatile chemical liquids such as disinfectants, alcohol, nail polish remover, etc. The leather in the material kit has been treated with protective oil for normal use. If not used for extended periods, reapply protective oil and store after it has completely dried. 3 If you purchase a material kit, it will include items like leather needles and awls, which are sharp metal objects and not suitable for children under 6 years old. Children over 6 years old should be supervised by an adult during production. 4 Shipping Information We cut and craft your order after payment is received, with delivery within 2-7 days. ♦ Hong Kong, Macau: Shipped via SF Express, typically arriving within 2-5 business days after dispatch. ♦ Taiwan: Shipped via SF Express, typically arriving within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
