Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers/bags/accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging is for protection, and minor dents or creases from logistics are unavoidable. Packaging materials cannot be returned or exchanged separately. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color depending on the natural skin's characteristics and seasonal changes (unlike synthetic leather, which can be manufactured with uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; actual product colors are definitive. Due to handmade production, there may be international standard permissible variations and unavoidable measurement differences of 1-3 cm. 10.
