・Upon check-in at our studio and confirmation of your chosen design, exchanges for other available styles are possible with a price difference adjustment. Please note that no refunds will be issued if you opt for a less expensive style.
・Your registration reserves a spot in the class. If you wish to bring a companion, their entry will be subject to classroom capacity and may be accommodated. However, companions will not be permitted to participate in the workshop activities.
・Please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. To ensure ample practice time, punctuality is greatly appreciated.
・During the lesson, the instructor will provide a demonstration, followed by a practice session with provided materials before you begin working with your final materials. If a piece is irreparably damaged due to a personal error, an additional material fee will apply for a new piece.
・The silver bracelet workshop typically lasts 2-3 hours (duration may vary based on design complexity). Following the class, the instructor will take approximately 2 hours for final finishing and polishing of your piece. (You are welcome to explore the vicinity and return to pick up your item.) If you require same-day pickup, the latest available session starts at 3:30 PM. If same-day pickup is not a priority, you may book an evening session. We can then mail your completed piece (free shipping) or you can arrange for pickup later.
"Metalworking Handcraft Workshop" is an introductory course for metalworking. Taught one-on-one by a professional metalworking instructor with demonstrations, utilizing a diverse range of tools. Participants must be high school age or older and capable of following the instructor's guidance to ensure a safe learning experience.
・Strict adherence to the instructor's safety guidelines for tools and equipment is mandatory. Participants must wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the lesson, with the individual responsible for any resulting hazards.
・In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on your scheduled class day, the class will be rescheduled in accordance with government directives for the location of the studio.
・We reserve the right to modify course details. Should any unforeseen circumstances prevent a scheduled class, we will provide advance notice to coordinate an alternative date.
