How to measure for a gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a thread (like sewing thread) to loop around the wrist where the jewelry will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length with a ruler in centimeters, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform store staff of your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the size at the store after the item is made.

● For your convenience, please provide at least three days' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed workshop booking.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows; the booking can be transferred to purchase other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on at the store. Exchanges for items of the same price are possible (subject to available materials).
You can also exchange for a higher-priced item by paying the difference; exchanges for lower-priced items are not eligible for refunds.

● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and to try on samples, to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will receive a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● Workshops typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen design. You can take your creation home the same day.
