Due to handmade nature, bracelets will be made to the best possible fit, with approximately 1cm of slack. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please note it in your order. ❤️ ●● The cord is a consumable material. It is normal for it to loosen or break after some time. Regularly replacing the cord is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-Sales Service ● A 1-month warranty is provided. If the bracelet comes off, breaks, or experiences similar issues during wear, restringing is free (you only need to cover round-trip shipping costs). ● If the cord becomes worn after prolonged wear and requires replacement, a restringing fee of NT$100 will apply, plus round-trip shipping costs. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and labor fee of NT$200 will apply, plus round-trip shipping costs (replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design). Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may contain internal ice cracks, fissures, cotton-like inclusions, mineral defects, or symbiotic minerals, which are normal occurrences. ● All product images are of the actual items. Due to variations in computer monitors, lighting, and angles, please refer to the actual product. ● Measurements may have a 1-2cm error margin due to different measuring methods; this is unavoidable and considered normal. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, handle with care and avoid forceful pulling or collisions. ● It is best to avoid wearing jewelry while showering or submerging it in water. Please remove crystal accessories during activities like sports or swimming to prevent damage from chemical agents to accessories and crystals. ● When precious metal accessories come into contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfume, lotions, or sweat, it is normal for them to oxidize and darken over time due to chemical reactions. ● Our K gold accessories offer excellent color retention. When using them, try to avoid scratching the surface. With proper care, the color can be maintained for several months or even longer, depending on individual usage habits. ● The cord of crystal bracelets may occasionally become visible due to handling or pulling. Simply smooth the beads to tuck the cord back inside.
