All graphics and text on each card must be identical. If content differs, it will be considered a new version and charged separately. ★ The initial layout is complimentary. Minor adjustments such as background color and text are free of charge. More significant revisions will incur a layout modification fee based on complexity. ★ Three revision rounds are provided: We recommend consolidating your feedback and providing clear instructions to save time and revision rounds. Exceeding the revision limit will incur a fee of NT$50 per round. Please communicate reasonably with our designer. Feel free to ask any questions. ⭐️ Important Notes ★ We recommend confirming the number of thank you cards needed, plus extra spares, before placing your order. If you require additional cards in the future, they will be counted as a new order. ★ Once the final design is confirmed and sent to print, cancellations or order/content modifications are not possible. ⭐️ Shipping ★ Paper 37 Shop endeavors to protect products during shipping. We also aim to reuse packaging materials for environmental purposes. ★ If your order is damaged during transit, please photograph the damage immediately and send it to us. After determining liability, we will arrange for a return or exchange, and we will seek compensation from the logistics provider. ★ If transit causes delays, please inform us (excluding peak periods like 11/11, 12/12, long holidays, and special festivals). Thank you very much. 🔔 About Color Differences Screen colors and print colors differ due to variations in color gamuts. ★ Screen colors are RGB → displayed on a luminous screen, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK → ink cannot reproduce certain exceptionally bright colors, resulting in printed products appearing slightly less saturated and darker than on screen. Therefore, color differences between the product and the on-screen artwork are normal. The color difference in printed output cannot be used as a benchmark against the customer's screen. Different paper types, ink batches, and daily printing humidity levels can affect color expression. If you have precise color requirements, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. If uncollected, fees may be pursued under the "Consumer Protection Act." According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving goods or services, without needing to state reasons or incur any fees or considerations. However, the proviso of the same paragraph states that reasonable exceptions apply to distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Standard for Applying Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective January 1, 2016. Article 2, Item 2 of these standards clearly stipulates that "customized goods provided according to consumer requests" are excluded from the right to cancel the contract within seven days as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. ⛔️ Cash-on-delivery service is not available for customized products. ⛔️ Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period.
