These trimmings are not due to poor quality. Because the remaining material is too small to be used for large components, these processed remnants are typically recycled and melted down. The melting process is energy-intensive and environmentally unfriendly. Therefore, Metal Arts, with a concept of environmental sustainability, uses these edge materials for design, preserving the original processing marks and holes of the components. This transforms metal that would have been melted down into a product's unique characteristics, giving it cultural significance and a new life! ● Return & Exchange Policy I. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of the product. However, the cooling-off period is not a trial period, so the returned product must be in new condition and complete packaging (including but not limited to all free gifts, accessories, and instruction manuals). Please include the original invoice. Please pack securely in a cardboard box for return shipping (damage or breakage upon return will not be accepted for return or refund). II. Warranty Coverage: Damage or scratches to metal parts within 3 months of purchase, not caused by human factors. Damage caused by improper product cleaning and maintenance. 6.
