Continuously breaking down and reshaping conventional silhouettes, the collection embraces the brand's expertise in the deconstructive style of one garment, multiple wears.The result is a reconstruction and deconstruction of traditional styles into modern and trendy shirt designs, featuring the introduction of several classic gender-neutral pieces in this season's lineup. This vest deconstructs the popular Taiwanese tank top, reshaping it with the brand's unique short-sleeved shirt pattern. The garment as a whole replaces the original design with a V-neck that complements facial features. At the shoulder seams on both sides, it features suit buttons and a belt, which, when tightened, creates an asymmetric pleated design. The belt can be easily removed and reassembled to allow for versatile outfit combinations. The use of a metal belt buckle adds that finishing touch to the overall look. This vest blends Taiwanese warmth with Western punk rock influences, making it a subtly designed unisex piece. "Ban-Doh" not only pays homage to the gradually fading Taiwanese culture but also aims to reinterpret tradition with a modern flair, following our brand's 21SS collection, "Connextion," in hopes to emphasize the importance of human connections in today's society. In terms of clothing design, we've incorporated elements inspired by the season's theme, deconstructing and reconstructing traditional attire. Particularly, we've focused on the distinctive attire of the "Ban-Doh" master, reimagining its iconic double-breasted jacket and apron into modern shirt styles. The prints draw inspiration from traditional Ban-Doh elements such as round tables, red plastic chairs, lanterns, and canopies. These elements are deconstructed and cleverly combined, arranged in a pixelated manner to create a fashionable and elegant classic style.
