Confirm the quantity (please inform the designer of any other requirements). 4. Once confirmed by the designer, you will be prompted to place your order. 5. After placing your order, we will send you a draft for your review. Please ensure Pinkoi notifications are enabled. If there is no response within 24 hours, production will proceed. *Drafts are for content verification only; no other modifications will be made.* *For any custom requests regarding the product, please discuss with the designer before placing your order.* *Single-sided printing; the back is blank white. For double-sided printing needs, please discuss with the designer before placing your order.* ✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿ 【Important Notes】 // About Size // For orders under 100 cards, the standard size is 9.5x14cm (with a margin of error within 0.5cm). For orders of 100 cards or more, the standard size is 10.5x14.5cm (with a margin of error within 0.5cm). The actual size may vary slightly depending on the material and production schedule, using one of the two sizes mentioned above. If you have a specific custom size in mind (e.g., business card size), please provide the dimensions directly to the designer for inquiry. // About Packaging // We generally do not provide complimentary or individual transparent packaging for each card. If you require individual transparent OPP bags, there will be an additional charge of $0.5 per bag. (Please send a private message to the designer to request this.) (We hope you can consider alternative methods to reduce unnecessary packaging.) // About Material // For orders under 100 cards, the default material is high-grammage ivory paper (retaining the original texture of the paper, it's thick, firm, and offers high color saturation!). For orders exceeding 80 cards, you can opt for matte film paper (please notify us in advance ~ this material has a smooth surface with a matte finish). If you wish to use higher-grade or thicker paper, feel free to discuss with the designer. // About Color Difference // Due to variations in screen brightness and color tones across different mobile devices, and differences in ink absorption by various paper types during printing, a color variance of up to 10% from the draft is considered normal. Please proceed with your order only if you can accept this. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color differences. // About Order Processing Time // 5-10 business days. For special materials, an additional 2 business days will be added. For urgent orders, you can purchase an expedited service: three business days ($200) or five business days ($150) for dispatch (please inquire with the designer first). // About Returns and Exchanges // Customized products, including personalized content and colors, are not eligible for return or exchange. If you wish to cancel an order after the draft has been sent, a fee of at least 50% of the product cost will be charged, up to the full product amount.
