Notes: ・This section is for purchasing the handcrafted course. ・If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after payment, please contact us at least "3 days in advance" to arrange a new class time. ・Rescheduling is limited to classes within "2 months" from your original booking. If the available times do not suit you, you may opt for a refund. ・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. ・As instructors prepare materials and venue in advance, refunds and postponements are not accepted on the "day of the class." Participants who do not show up will be considered to have forfeited their session. ・In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, heavy rain) or official announcements of work/school closures, we will proactively notify all participants for that session regarding rescheduling, class transfer, or full refund arrangements. ・To ensure the experience for all participants, those who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their session, with no refund or rescheduling options. ・To respect other participants' time, please arrive promptly for your scheduled class. ・A pre-class notification will be sent 2-3 days before the workshop. Please ensure your email and contact information are accurate to avoid missing the notice. If you do not receive the email, it may be due to spam filters; you can still attend the class as scheduled, and we will not provide separate phone notifications. ・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate in the class. Unregistered guests are not allowed to accompany or participate to ensure the rights of other attendees. ・If the minimum number of 6 participants is not met three days prior to the scheduled date, Chu Chu Handmade Accessories reserves the right to cancel the session. Participants will be notified to reschedule or receive a full refund. ・To ensure a smooth class flow, please refrain from eating during the session. ・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. ・The organizer may conduct photography and videography during the class for documentation and may upload these visuals to Chu Chu Handmade Accessories' social media channels after the event. Your image may be used in event records or other promotional materials for recruitment. ・If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the instructor during the class, and we will make special arrangements.
