[Notes] ‧ For printed products (e.g., invitations, thank-you cards, cookie box cards, stickers, etc.), printed paper goods will be shipped. Electronic files are not provided. ‧ Different paper types will result in different visual effects for print. Please inquire before purchasing if you have specific paper preferences. ‧ Portrait drawing typically takes about 10 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays). The exact delivery time will be communicated in advance (adjusted based on order queue and drawing complexity). ‧ The initial draft will be a watermarked line sketch. Minor adjustments are free within 7 working days of the first draft submission. ‧ Drawings will reference the provided main photo(s) (1 photo per person, 1 photo per pet). Please inquire beforehand about any special requests or modifications, such as changes to pose or attire, before purchasing. ‧ After production begins, modifications to the original reference photos, complex changes, or post-coloring edits (e.g., altering facial features, changing reference photos, switching outfits, altering poses, adding body parts not visible in the photo) will incur an additional fee. ‧ If, after production, you request entirely new content or a redraw with new photos, this will be considered a new order and will require a separate purchase. ‧ No modifications can be made once printing has commenced. ‧ As these are custom-made items, returns and exchanges are not possible, nor is cash on delivery. ‧ Finished products may be displayed publicly. Please notify us in advance if you wish to keep your finished product private. ‧ The designer, Star Bear, will add a small signature to the finished product.
