Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique patterns and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations, scratches, etc., incurred during processing, transportation, and production are also considered normal as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major damage. Please consider this if you are sensitive to such marks. Furthermore, over time and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratches, deepen in color, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to you. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches, and due to different storage times. Even on the same piece of hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be identical for orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is **made-to-order**. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no customization is noted at the time of order, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (finished products cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a manufacturing error, our "custom products" do not have a 7-day appreciation period.
