The craftsmanship is meticulous and rigorous; the actual product is even more beautiful than the photos. Natural stones naturally have details and characteristics from manual polishing that may result in: Slightly crooked drilling / black spots / internal fractures / minor chips within 0.2cm / cloudiness / asymmetry, and other imperfections. Furthermore, during the crafting process, each crystal is handled at very close range (within 10cm). Natural characteristics such as crystal pits / black spots / internal fractures / cotton-like inclusions / crooked holes are unavoidable. I do notice these minor imperfections, but as they do not affect wearability or aesthetic appeal from a normal viewing distance, they are considered normal and will be shipped as is. Some merchants may use strong acids to clean the crystal's interior or apply glue and bake it to fill mineral deficiencies, creating a flawless exterior. There are no perfect natural stones here. Indoor natural light by a window: The product color appears more concentrated and deeper. 2. Outdoor natural sunlight with green leaves as a backdrop: The product color appears lighter due to the yellow tones of sunlight. 3. Indoor white light studio video: Closest to the actual product color. Please purchase only if you can accept these three different color presentations. Color differences may also occur due to [mobile phone manufacturers, individual settings], and [computer display color tones]. I will do my best to adjust the photo colors to be as close as possible to the actual product, but they cannot be exactly the same. ✧ 【About Materials】 90% of the metal components in all products are 925 silver or 14K gold imported from the United States / Taiwan / Japan / Nepal. We use only [Kiwada Seisakusho spiral adjustable clip-ons made in Japan]. These are exquisite, have good color retention, and their adjustable tension makes them suitable for customers with thick or thin earlobes. In the past, we tested silicone clip-ons (which yellowed and became brittle over time due to sweat and dirt, losing elasticity) and spring loop clip-ons (whose springs fatigued over time, leading to loosening and damage). While these two types of clip-ons are delicate and aesthetically pleasing, their lifespan is too short, hence they are no longer offered. ✧ 【About Minor Customization】 The gemstones in all products can be adjusted for their [position], [quantity], and [spacing]. Please use the messaging system to discuss your ideas with the designer before placing an order. Do not place an order and make payment before contacting us for customization. You are also welcome to draw your ideal design sketch and send it to us for a custom order. Fully custom orders do not qualify for discounts based on total amount or number of items. ✧ 【No Returns or Exchanges】 All products are made-to-order; production begins only after receiving payment. Full customization and minor adjustments can be discussed and finalized before you place and pay for your order. Please record a video of yourself unboxing the package to protect your rights. Damaged items can be exchanged for new ones within two days of receipt. As jewelry is a personal item, we do not accept returns (refunds) or exchanges (for different items).
