Whether for commercial or personal use, whether it's new tea, aged tea, or stored inventory, if you have any questions or challenges regarding tea flavor, we welcome you to fill out the form to inquire. ☞ Please do not place an order before completing the consultation form and confirming the optimization method. 〔 Our Assured Process 〕 1 Form Submission ⋄ Self-send 6g or more of your original tea for analysis and evaluation. 2 Tea Flavor Analysis ⋄ Professional sensory evaluation and analysis of your original tea. 3 Optimization Quote ⋄ Suggestion of optimization methods and provision of a quote. 4 Original Tea Reconfirmation ⋄ Re-evaluation of original tea flavor and information verification. 5 Flavor Optimization Treatment ⋄ Optimization treatment based on your needs or suggested methods. 6 Tea Packaging and Shipment ⋄ Delivery of finished product, 8g sample of original tea, and a flavor quality report. 7 After-Sales Consultation ⋄ Provision of consultations on other tea processing and flavor aspects. 〔 Sample Requirements 〕 ・ 6g tea sample for initial optimization consultation and evaluation. ・ 3g sample of original tea for re-evaluation and information verification. ・ 8g sample of original tea retained for comparison with the finished product's flavor. ・ Roasting and refinement require constant monitoring of flavor changes. Minimum quantity: 150g (4 liang). For drying up to 600g (1 jin), a basic fee of $300 applies. For quantities exceeding 600g, an additional $150 is charged for every 300g increment (or portion thereof). 2 Light Roasting ⋄ Enhances flavor purity, reduces bitterness and astringency. Minimum quantity: 150g (4 liang). For light roasting up to 600g (1 jin), a basic fee of $600 applies. For quantities exceeding 600g, an additional $150 is charged for every 300g increment (or portion thereof). 3 Medium Roasting ⋄ Develops roasted aroma and increases the tea's body and richness. Minimum quantity: 1800g (3 jin). For medium roasting up to 3000g (5 jin), a basic fee of $3000 applies. For quantities exceeding 3000g, an additional $150 is charged for every 300g increment (or portion thereof). ☞ Risk Disclosure . Roasting and refinement processes inevitably result in some loss of tea leaves, fragments, and powder. We will collect and package these for return after optimization is complete. The total weight of the finished product includes these. . Due to variations in the moisture content of the original tea, the weight recovery rate of the finished product will also vary. If the moisture loss exceeds 10% of the original tea's weight, we will consult with the client on whether to proceed with further optimization. If optimization is halted, processing fees will not be refunded. . Should the optimization process introduce undesirable flavors not present in the original tea, such as burnt, stale, or off-odors, our company will compensate the client with an amount equivalent to the original purchase price of the tea, capped at $0.5 per gram of the finished product. This limit does not apply if bitterness or astringency is introduced due to processing issues. . In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, or other force majeure events that cause damage to the tea, no compensation will be provided. . If the finished product does not exhibit any undesirable flavors that were not originally present and the refusal is based solely on personal preference, our company will not provide any compensation.
