Diamond Glass - Taiwan Shaped Inlaid Glass Necklace

A long time ago, a necklace was created using fragments from accidentally broken diamond glass. One particular piece strikingly resembled a sweet potato, the shape commonly known as Taiwan, and it was quickly claimed by a customer from Hong Kong. With the island-circling journey approaching, the memory of the Taiwan-shaped necklace resurfaced. This time, it wasn't an accident. With the careful stroke of a glass cutter, a miniature version of the main island was shaped. The steep cliffs of the east meet the deep blue ocean; the golden sea surface of the north, brimming with beaches and sunshine; the dusty west coast and its bustling fishing harbors with fresh catches; the intense southern sun and the salty air condensed here. A gentle reminder: Coastal activities in Taiwan are abundant. If you plan to swim or play in the sea, it is recommended to remove the necklace first. Let it accompany you from the shore. The depth of the glass texture and the color of the glass itself may vary slightly, with each piece of glass having its own subtle differences. Additionally, as the inlaid glass is hand-cut and polished, there might be slight variations in size. Please place your order only if you are comfortable with these characteristics. The inlaid glass is hand-cut, ground, and soldered, enclosed by a tin frame. Inlaid glass is more durable than ordinary glass, but it is still advisable to avoid collisions and drops. The necklace uses lead-free solder, so you can wear it with peace of mind. The necklace chain is made of steel. Necklace care instructions will be included with your order.
