・After completing the order checkout, your purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at your scheduled session time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders without checkout are considered incomplete registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will close immediately, and un-checked-out orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, you may contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
- In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Private Tutoring and Continuing Education, as published by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-ninth and eighth day before the class starts, 90% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between the seventh and first day before the class starts, 80% of the actual tuition fee will be refunded.
- Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original session date. Please proactively inform us of your preferred new date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
- For cancellations on the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
- To protect the rights of other participants, late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account number and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying individuals who have not purchased a ticket are not permitted to join or participate unless a child requires assistance from a parent to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where a parent and child are to participate together, which can be inquired about by calling the venue in advance.
・If the minimum number of participants is not met two days before the event's start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and offer a change of session or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the craft classroom. This workshop includes unlimited self-serve iced lemon tea and tropical fruit tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photographs and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
