<Shipping Details>
－We will dispatch your order within 1–3 days if the product is in stock.
－Please wait 3–10 days to receive your order, depending on your region/country.
－For products out of stock, it will take approx. 20–30 days for us to make the shoes. (Trust us. It's worth the wait!)
<Returns Policy>
The quality and comfort of our shoes are our #1 priority. We accept all returns and exchanges under the following TERMS & CONDITIONS:
－You must request to return or exchange the product before the required period (7 days counting from the day after the order arrives).
－Before requesting for a refund, please first contact the shop and provide a reason. After we replied, please go to Refund Requests and fill in the form.
－For returns or exchanges, products must be sent back to us in the original condition and packaging (including the product, inner and outer packaging, warranty card, and complimentary items, etc.).
－Shoes must be returned in unworn/original condition. We suggest that you try on shoes on carpeted surfaces to avoid scratching the soles.
