Please do not use the course or creations for commercial purposes!** *You may take photos for personal records during the class, but **please do not record videos**. *Due to limited seating, **please do not bring companions**. ►Cancellation and Refund Policy *Cancellations made **15 days prior** to the class date will receive a **full** refund. *Cancellations made **10-14 days prior** to the class date will receive a 70% refund. *Cancellations made **7-10 days prior** to the class date will receive a 30% refund. *Cancellations made **within 7 days** of the class date will **not be refunded or rescheduled**. Vivi will complete the creation for you and ship it with free delivery. You will still receive your unique handmade woven piece with your chosen colors. ►Notes *Limited spots are available. To protect the rights of registered participants, spots are secured upon successful payment and confirmation. *Please complete payment promptly after placing your order. **Orders will be automatically canceled without notice if payment is not completed by 6:00 PM, 2 days before the class.** Ex: If you wish to attend on April 5th, payment must be completed by 6:00 PM on April 3rd. *If the minimum number of participants (6 people) is not met three days before the scheduled start date, the design studio reserves the right to cancel or adjust the venue and will notify participants to **reschedule, change venue, or receive a refund**. *To ensure the smooth progress of the experience, **late arrivals of 30 minutes or more will not be admitted and will not be refunded**. You will still receive your unique handmade woven piece with your chosen colors. *As understanding and hand speed vary among individuals, it is recommended to **allow an additional 30 minutes after the class and avoid scheduling urgent matters**. ►Other *In case of natural disasters or force majeure events leading to class suspension, the design studio will proactively contact you for a full refund or rescheduling. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension and refund standards announced by the event location will apply, regardless of the participant's location. *The class may include side shots. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other promotional purposes in the future. **If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before the class**, and we will make special arrangements. *Please adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations. *If participation is terminated due to reasons not attributable to the design studio, **no refund will be issued**. *In case of material shortages, **we reserve the right to replace materials with items of equal value or adjust colors**. *Material colors may vary due to different production batches, lighting during photography, and computer monitor differences. *To protect the environment, **please bring your own reusable bag**. **►The organizer reserves the right to adjust event details and has the final say on all matters related to this event.**
