About the Author [Author & Illustrator] Shashaqi Green Nose A children's picture book author, illustrator, and creator of artisan dolls and wood carvings. Born in Hong Kong and currently residing in Kyoto, Japan, they are passionate about Kyoto's culture and hold a Level 3 Kyoto Proficiency Exam certification. They have served as a guest lecturer at Ritsumeikan University and Osaka Institute of Technology. Their works have received accolades such as the "Encouragement Prize" at the Japan MOE Illustration and Picture Book Awards and the Award of Excellence at the "Asia Most Influential Design Awards." Recent works include the picture books "Lele and Lili's Mask Chapter" (Japanese), "Masked Warrior Lele" (Japanese), "Round Corner Square Sports Day," and "Little Hands' Hourglass."
