| Featured Work | The Three Little Pigs Series - Piggy Daikokuten B Hand-Carved Stamp

【 Design Concept 】 Designed with the little pigs of the 2019 Year of the Pig as the theme, and inspired by the story of the Three Little Pigs, we created three Piggy Daikokuten brothers. The second brother pig greatly admires his eldest brother and often acts as his capable assistant. The characters "諸事圓滿" (meaning all matters are perfect and complete) are inscribed on his belly, wishing for everything to be flawless in the new year. - 【 Dimensions 】 Approximately 5X5cm - 【 Material 】 Natural Wood + Creamy Eraser -- 〔 Notes 〕 1. The color and grain of each piece of wood will vary; the actual product received will be the primary reference. 2. Although the stamp design originates from the same draft, as these are hand-carved stamps, each will have slight variations. These differences, however, highlight the uniqueness and value of a hand-carved piece. 3. Each hand-carved stamp is tested once after carving to ensure it has been engraved properly. Therefore, a faint ink impression may be present; please do not be concerned, as this is normal. -- 〔 Usage & Care 〕 ✔ Lightly dab the stamp onto the ink pad, ensuring the ink covers the entire design surface. ✔ When switching colors, first repeatedly stamp the design onto dry tissue paper or plain paper until no color is transferred before using a new color. Do not rinse the stamp directly with water. ✔ When not in use, store the stamp in a "dark place." As the material contains rubber, prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause the stamp to soften. ✔ Avoid placing multiple stamps together with their surfaces touching, as they may stick together over time. -- 〔 About chinchin illustration 〕 In the midst of a busy life, in a high-pressure city, we live each day in a constant rush. Yet, at the end of the day, on the dimly lit journey home, we realize a hollow ache deep within. I pick up my brush and paint, painting the world of my dreams, a world so beautiful and warm. I grip my carving tool and engrave, bringing the contours of my imagination to life. Holding these substantial creations, I feel a sense of reality. I love to paint and carve stamps. Tiny worlds emerge within clean lines. Looking at these hand-carved stamps, I can't help but smile, realizing that I refuse to be consumed by harsh reality. I am still willing to strive to create the beauty I believe in and share it with everyone.
