Once you've mastered the homemade Thai chili paste, this dish is not only perfect with rice but can also be transformed into lettuce wraps, rice bowls, or bento box meals, making it a highly versatile home-style Southeast Asian dish. **★ Featuring Our Ingredients: Taiwan Air-Chilled Chicken Breast Mince** Made from 100% chicken breast, this ingredient is low in fat and high in protein. We select air-chilled chickens, utilizing innovative techniques such as EU-standard air-cooling equipment for chilling, and indoor blue light restraint, along with humane slaughtering practices.
