Most pieces are crafted from a combination of pearls and gemstones. Due to the scarcity of certain stones, each gem's color and appearance are unique and cannot be replicated. If an item is unavailable for purchase on the product page, it signifies that the materials are out of stock, and it will not be produced again for the time being. Photos are of the actual products. Colors may appear differently due to lighting conditions, individual perception, and screen display variations, and these are not considered defects. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy. Consider carefully before purchasing if you are sensitive to these points. ▍Usage Precautions For hygiene, please disinfect the ear studs or ear clips with an alcohol wipe before wearing. Silver, copper, and wires should avoid contact with moisture and other chemicals. Do not apply excessive force, pressure, or pull forcefully on the main body of the jewelry, as this may cause damage. ▍Care Instructions Silver and copper can be polished with a silver polishing cloth to restore their metallic luster. For pearls and gemstones, use a slightly diluted neutral soap solution for cleaning. After wearing each day, it is recommended to gently wipe with a dry cloth before storing in a ziplock bag to keep them dry and minimize oxidation and staining. You may also periodically send them to us for professional care. ▍After-Sales Service All products come with a 6-month warranty, covering only deformation, detachment, or breakage of ear studs or ear clips. Repairs for the main materials and round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser. If repair is needed, please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment for in-person service. In cases of damage deemed to be caused by obvious human misuse or excessive force, the aforementioned warranty will not apply. ▍Returns & Exchanges With the exception of shipping errors or obvious defects, earrings are considered personal hygiene items and are strictly non-returnable. Other items are eligible for a one-time exchange due to sizing issues only. If no other sizes are in stock, exchanges cannot be made, and round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within the 7-day appreciation period upon receipt of the item, and the product must be returned in its original packaging with all contents intact.
